dates-n-mates is an accessible membership based dating and friendship agency run by and for people with a learning disability. It plans to run as a charitable social enterprise, providing employment and enterprise opportunities for people with a disability.

Its mission is:

To establish a dating, friendship and networking agency in Scotland, run by and for people with disabilities. Initially this will be for people with learning difficulties.

Its vision is:
An accessible membership based dating, friendship and networking agency run by and for people with disabilities.

The agency will offer its members:

matched one to one dates, with support available on the first date,
dating events to suit people of different ages, such as speed dating
a calendar of varied social activities and events
information on other activities, organisations and connections

The social events will initially be organised in the greater Glasgow area.
